Livingston County Health Center would like to announce the
start of Prenatal Prep Classes two Thursdays each month at their office,
located at 800 Adam Drive.
Kayla Moss, Licensed Massage Therapist and Doula, will be
the instructor for this two session class series featuring breathing exercises,
comfort measures and education about labor and delivery.
Classes will be held the first and third Thursdays of each
month from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Health Center classroom, located at 800 Adam
Drive.
Those interested should call 646-5506 to register, and plan
to bring a partner to the class. Participants will receive a free exercise ball
to take home as part of the class series.
Classes will be held on an ongoing basis, depending on
interest level and participation. Due to
a conflict, July will include one class on July 20th.

8:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
