The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services in conjunction with the Local Public Health Agency will conduct a workshop for producers of foods sold at Farmer's Markets. The focus will be on regulations and exemptions, approved sources, food safety and sanitation, and processing of non-exempt foods.
